CS-HPL is a kind of high temperature and salt resistant liquid lubricant for drilling fluid. When added to drilling fluid, the product can be evenly dispersed immediately, and can be adsorbed on the surface of metal, rock and clay to form a protective film, which greatly reduces the friction resistance and improves the lubricity of drilling fluid, Possess excellent temperature resistance and still has more than 80% lubrication coefficient reduction rate at 240℃. Suitable for all kinds of water-based drilling fluid system, easy to use. The product is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

Product Advantages

Recommended dosage

  •  The recommended addition is 0.5～3%, which can be adjusted according to construction requirements and downhole conditions.

Packaging and storage

  • The packing bag shall have at least two layers, the outer layer is three-in-one packing bag, the inner layer is plastic bag, 25kg/ bag;

  • The product is a non-dangerous goods;

  • Store in ventilated, cool and dry place, away from fire, avoid direct sunlight, prevent package damage.
